I’ve fallen off the handle the last few days, but I am pleased to say that I am back on it. I have not been to the gym in 4 days. I ate unclean today so I will use the rest of the day to cleanse my body with water and clean foods and then tomorrow morning I will head to the gym. I am also going to make a schedule of what food I will eat everyday for the rest of the week. I think it is also best that I schedule what days I will be going to the gym and what days I will be going into the city for class. I think 4 days a week of gym time is perfectly appropriate. Next week, I will start taking class again. I think I will settle for two days a week and maybe and aerial class on the weekends. Alongside that, I think I want to alternate between one yoga/pilates class or more a week. I am going to cute meat out of my diet completely. This includes chicken. I also need to start stretching nightly again. It is also imperative that I cook more for myself. No more random foods and unclean eating for me.
